Called in the morning to schedule an appointment due to a incident involving a 2 year old and his impression of The Exorcist on the carpet. The said they could have someone out in the early afternoon. About an hour later the tech called and said they’d be here in 20 minutes. When they arrived the crew of two surveyed the damage and went right to work. They spot treated first and then steam cleaned two carpets in about 45 minutes. Techs wore booties over their shoes so as not to soil the newly cleaned areas. In addition to the puke issue, the service also removed the spilt milk, melted chocolate, ice pop drippings, yogurt, Lucky Charms, orange juice, ketchup and whatever else my wife thinks is a good idea for kids to have in the family room. Stains and odor gone! Both men were very polite and professional. In addition to Angie’s List, this company was highly recommended on a community FB group. I will definitely use again in the future.
